Team of 4 Tries to Win 2 Million Dollars for Months 2
Jay "Krantz" Rosenkrantz, Dani "Ansky" Stern, Emil "Whitelime" Patel, and Brian "Flawless_Victory" Roberts took part in a breathtaking reality show 2 Months 2 Million (2M2MM).
This reality show is designed for the new and pro players of poker. Even those, who do not realize what all those people can do at a table with the thousands of bucks, will find it very interesting and entertaining.
Brian "Flawless_Victory" Roberts was 26, when he took part in the show. He is from Texas. He's been playing poker for around seven years. He says that he's been always quick with the simple mental math, so it was not difficult for him to catch up some really implicit poker aspects. He recognizes it as a mathematical strategy game and a source of income. Brian says that poker demands confidence as it quite hard to win in the cut-throat world of high-stake gambling.
Emil "Whitelime" Patel was 25 during the show shooting. He has been playing professionally for 4 years. And his concept of the successful game is to play, learn your game and play a bit more. That is how you make it. Also he supposes that being emotionally stable is important, as you some cards are not falling your way and you are to make sure that your emotions do not control your poker decisions.
Dani "Ansky" Stern from New York City, 22 (!) years old. He is the youngest team player in the team. He started playing poker in high school, which is really impressive. He is one of the guys, who knows how to win hundred thousand dollars one day and lose the entire sum the next one.
Jay "Krantz" Rosenkrantz was 12, when he started playing poker. Now he is in his mid 20s. He is one of the best high-stake players and one of the most famous too.
If you just entered the world of poker, you might learn a lot from these guys. They are not machos in the show, they are the way they are in life. Geeks, who know what they want in life.
The viewers comments differ, as the guys keep winning and some people would like to see them losing a lot. The cast is four professional poker players, who work together and they play high-stake poker.
Some viewers want to see more action, like "Oh no! Just now I blew up 24 grand!" No, people, come on, that is the reality show and you are to know where the phrase poker face comes from. They do not show that much of expressions and emotions. They are concentrated and really professional.
Moreover, they are the friends, who actually support each other. Duh! They really care of each other.
So, two months passed and two millions too. The total winning of the team stopped at a rate of $676,700, which is not really bad, but very far from the goal.
Rosenkrantz won the team $406,500, Roberts made $7,500, Stern added $100,800 to the winning, and Patel brought $161,900.
